Fast and Secure Delivery of Medics Care Products

Delivery

Delivery and payment are processed within 1-5 business days.

After your order is confirmed, our customer support team will contact you to verify all the details, or we will send you an email once the shipment is ready for delivery. From that point, the delivery time is 1-5 business days unless otherwise specified for certain products due to the production process.

All products are delivered via accepted local and international courier services. In addition to your name and address, it is essential to provide your phone number so that the courier can contact you during delivery. The courier service delivers products from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on working days (please provide a delivery address where you will be available during this period). Pick-ups on Saturdays and Sundays are not available.

The delivery fee for all orders is $100 for HK Island, $200 for Kowloon, regardless of the number of products ordered, while FREE DELIVERY is available for all orders over $1,000! * All prices are in HKD.

*Note: During special promotions, the threshold for free delivery may be lower.

Upon receiving your package, it is necessary to visually inspect it to ensure there are no visible damages. If you notice significant damage to the shipping box and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately. If the package appears undamaged, please accept it and sign the delivery slip.

The courier will attempt to deliver each package twice. Typically, if the courier cannot find you at the delivery address, they will call the phone number you provided during the order process and arrange a new delivery time. If you are still unavailable at the new time, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the package, we will contact you to determine the reason for the failed delivery and arrange for reshipping.

Payment

Payments can be made via cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

At Medics Care, we offer multiple payment options. Our goal is to ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience for our customers.

Credit/Debit Card Payment

You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, or Visa Secure payment cards. The card must be authorized by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payments.

When placing an order online and selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for payment processing.

At no point are your payment card details accessible to our system. It is important to note that this is the safest payment method.

Data entry and verification are performed exclusively between the cardholder and the bank. The merchant has no access to the data being exchanged.

Bank Transfer

All products ordered through www.medics-care.com or by phone can be paid via bank transfer.

Simply specify that you wish to pay via bank transfer when ordering, and you will receive a confirmation email with a proforma invoice and all necessary information. After your payment is processed, the ordered products will be shipped to the specified address. Please include the product name as the payment purpose and your details. After the payment is recorded, the product will be ready for the courier service to pick up.

Payment can only be made in the local currency (HKD). Payments via credit cards from local and international banks are accepted.

Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of Hong Kong – HKD. For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate used by the card network, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be slight differences from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.


Return of Products

In accordance with Hong Kong’s Consumer Protection Ordinance, customers have the right to cancel their purchase/order within 14 business days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. To notify the company, customers can send an email to info@medics-care.com, and we will provide the necessary cancellation form or accept a clear statement of withdrawal from the purchase.

The cost of returning goods in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract will be borne by the consumer/customer. The return cost is calculated according to the current price list of the courier service. Products must be returned to the company no later than 14 business days from the submission of the cancellation notice.

Customers are not entitled to withdraw from purchases of custom-made products tailored to personal needs. Such products are not eligible for return due to their unique specifications.

Products must be returned undamaged and with unchanged characteristics. If a product is damaged or its condition is altered, the return request may not be accepted.

If a promotional code was used during the purchase, those funds are considered a discount and will not be refunded. Only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 14 business days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer for efficiency, record-keeping, and accuracy.


Refund of Funds

If a customer returns a product and requests a refund, and the payment was made via a credit/debit card, whether in full or in part, Medics Care is obligated to refund the payment exclusively through the original payment method (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, or Amex). This means the bank will process the refund to the customer's card account.


Complaints

In accordance with Hong Kong’s Consumer Protection Ordinance, Medics Care guarantees that the product delivered is in accordance with the contract. If any non-conformity with the contract arises within 2 years of purchase, Medics Care is responsible for rectifying the issue.

To file a complaint, customers can email us at info@dg-brands.com with the following details:

  • Preferred solution (repair, refund, or replacement)
  • Detailed description of the defect, when and under what conditions it occurred
  • Specifics if the defect is not typical

Complaints will be addressed within 2 business days of submission. Once we receive the faulty product, we will notify you within 7 business days and resolve the issue within 15 business days (or 30 business days for technical products).
